In many of our Management and Strategic Planning assignments, we utilize DECISIONmaker, a proprietary strategic decision model developed by McFadden Consulting.  The model combines a cash flow analysis, with sensitivity and probability analysis to provide a powerful quantitative strategic decision making tool.
